Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This ensures evaluation of the issue to make it right. Please note Da'Lux Jewels is NOT responsible for damaged items for all items are inspected throughly before being shipped.
